Improve Your Patient Experience Data with Free Webinar

[MMA News Now, Jan. 23, 2014] Learn how to improve your clinic’s performance by using patient experience surveys at a free, hour-long MMA-sponsored webinar on Feb. 20 at noon.

Participants will learn:
•    how mandatory patient experience surveys are different from other patient surveys,
•    patient attributes that can be analyzed to find baseline performance, and
•    how to define a strategy to target improvement in a sub-category of patients.

“This webinar is designed to walk clinicians through taking the raw patient experience data and analyzing it for variation to target clinic performance improvement,” said Barbara Daiker, MMA’s manager of quality.
