We are grateful for your participation in our surveys and thank you for taking the time to provide us your feedback. Your survey responses are treated with utmost regard for your privacy and confidentiality. While individual responses are available to us, in most cases we use aggregate reports to discern overall trends. In case a particular response requires intervention, only an authorized and trained professional will review the response and determine next steps. Your responses are accessed and viewed by professionals who remain bound to a high standard of safeguarding your privacy and confidentiality at all times.
All anonymous surveys carry explicit indication that they are anonymous. In general, if a survey is not explicitly indicated as being anonymous, then it is possible for the person administering the survey to link a response with the identity of the survey respondent. In addition, any survey in which survey respondents indicate their name or other identifying information may not be anonymous.
