Residents and fellows interested in improving their professional skills and making a difference in the careers of their colleagues are encouraged to apply for several leadership and committee positions representing the MMA Residents & Fellows section (RFS).

Leadership Position Descriptions

MMA Committees

RFS representatives are needed for several MMA committees. 
Committees offer residents and fellows the opportunity to work side by side with practicing physicians and learn about important issues they will face in the future. 

Each committee offers a representative and an alternate slot. Responsibilities include attending and actively contributing to the discussions and taking notes to report back to the RFS Leadership Council. 

Here are the MMA committees seeking RFS representatives:
