Back Issue Request Form

To Request a Back Issue of a Magazine

Missing issues will be replaced for paid subscribers at no additional charge if notification is received within six months of the publication date. Replacement of any issues more than six months old will be charged the appropriate single back issue price. Single back issues of Minnesota Medicine can be purchased for $25 (U.S.) and $30 (Canada, Mexico, and other international), if inventory allows. There are two steps to receiving a back issue.

1. Visit this link and pay for the issue. You will need to log in or set up an account. Upon payment, issues will be mailed within two weeks. If we do not have the stock to fulfill your order we will contact you as soon as possible.
    
2. Fill out the below form to specify which issue you have requested. You MUST do both steps to receive the issue(s). We will reply with an estimated arrival time of the magazine.
